Who is this pilot for?

Kapacia is designed for professionals in regulated environments — including healthcare, legal, finance, and advisory roles — who conduct client consultations and need reliable, audit-ready records.

What do I need to commit during the pilot?

You’ll use Kapacia in at least 5 real client consultations over 30 days and provide feedback through a short interview or survey.
The goal is to evaluate real workflow usage — not just testing.

Do I need a team to participate?

No, individual users can participate.
However, we recommend involving at least 2 users to better reflect real operational workflows.

How is client data handled?

Your data remains yours. Kapacia stores and processes data in Singapore, and does not use your data to train AI models. 

You remain responsible for obtaining any required client consent. 

What happens after the pilot?

If Kapacia proves valuable in your workflow, we will move selected teams to a paid plan.
There is no obligation to continue, but pilot slots are prioritised for teams ready to adopt.

Is this a finished product?

No. Kapacia is in an early stage, and your feedback will directly shape the product.
